I'd imagine that if the cops walk into a room where a guy was discovered dead and instantly issue a warrant for you, you are probably guilty. There has to be some pretty substantial evidence and/or motive.

Says the guy died from blunt force trauma. Same hatchet, perhaps?

My dad lived on the next street over and my aunt lived there until her death 3 years ago.
