I was thinking more like slightly fatter, no makeup and generally unremarkable. You don't recognize her but she's instantly trying to recconect. Introduces you as an "ex" in front of her equally unremarkable boyfriend.
 
Honestly though, why do we lose on the road so much. It's not like the Joel gives us a great home court advantage right now (or at any point during Bzz's tenure).
