Mafia C9++ Signup - Week of 3/6

Next week early week is hectic for me (Monday - Tuesday). If it's starting Tuesday I can play but participation level may not be great till Wednesday. Solicitor for a municipality and Tuesday night a bunch of residents are showing up to protest a townhouse development which is going to be a pain in the ass to prep for/deal with Tue.
 
With a Tuesday start, I can do this. Monday is not good. I will have very limited internet access on Monday, and for a few hours Tuesday morning.

Friends, talk to me about buying a condo. I found a place that I think I like, but it sold 8 years ago (basically at the bottom of the market) for 15k less than list now. Should I just be noping out of that?
 
What does the condo fee pattern look like over the last several years? How are the association finances? Reserve funds vs projected capital expenses? Price vs similar units nearby? (Internet [zillow etc] helpful for the last issue.)

Priced like 5k above the last unit that sold ~1 year ago. Feels fair enough. And condo fees are super low. Around $190/month, and flat for the last 2 years, I haven't gotten the info on anything longer term or their reserves, but my real estate agent is hunting them down. The fact that the price has dropped makes me feel like something is up though.
