3/5/19 - Lost 70-71 @ Duke
1/8/19 - Lost 65-87 @ Wake

Bz got 'em back in 2014 at the Joel in his last season... 82-72.

We have a terrible record against Duke (no shit, really?), but there have been a number of close calls over the last few years. And a number of blowouts.
 
The 2019 game at Cameron where Chaundee's put-back hit every inch of the rim was a brutal ending.
 
I have completely lost confidence in this team to be competitive in this game or the 2 after that. Not even confident for the game at Louisville. Yet, I still bought tickets to the Duke game tomorrow.

Do students have tie-dye shirts? Seems like a good game for the local olds to pull their tie-dyes out.
 
We did tie dye game for the game against Duke last year. Then Coach K didn’t even show up
 
They passed out tie dyes to students for the UGA game. Maybe they pass out more for this one.
 
What are the oddsmakers seeing that would lead them to make Duke only a 6 point favorite?
 
They are just applying the respective power ratings like those generated by KP and Torvik. Fans always think their team is better than it is when their team wins and worse than it is when they lose. As ATS chart above showed WF is 4-4 versus Duke versus the speed over the past four years and most of those teams were worse than this one.

It was kind of a rhetorical question... But it just seems like we have looked worse than our numbers would indicate the last couple of games... Maybe we will be motivated against the Dukies and look enough better to at least keep it close - we can hope!
 
We're going to play another game?

Are we going to try cross-court passes 30 feet from the basket against pressure in this one?

Maybe we think it's cool to get the assists one shouldn't ever want to have.

Duke fans are stressed about all their freshmen playing their first ACC road game and how they will react. Really? You are playing at Wake with the students on break and the fanbase not only distracted by the holiday season but depressed about recent results - I will be surprised if it is a tough road environment...
 
Well, we finally have a good matchup for Keller, right?
 
Even though it's Duke it'll barely be half full probably. Which is sad.
 
Appleby has to have a Wisconsin performance for us to win.
