Men's Tennis loses to Northwestern, 4-3, in the Round of 64

If we were to pull this off, and it will be a major fight to nail down 3 more points, it would be beyond massive.
 
Quick breakdown for those just starting to follow this:

-Wake leads 1-0
-There are 7 points available (4 points needed to win)
-6 singles matches have just started
-Each singles match is worth a point
-Matches are best of 3 sets

Objectively, Virginia should be favored in all 6 singles matches

Right now:
On serve: 1,2,3
Up a break: 4,5
Down a break: 6
 
Looks like we are off to a great start in singles. Up a break in two matches already.

It's gonna come down to #2 it looks like. If the same kid is playing that slot as the match that stonz posted past results from he's one of the top 5 players in the country.

That's mostly true but the kid playing #2 for them has an even more impressive record. He was the preseason #1 player in the country both of the last two years, is a Davis Cup practice player and made the semis of one of the national tournaments in the fall.

I hate UVA tennis so much. It's UVA obviously plus most of their players from the past few years have been huge pussies. And Somdev Devvarman was the biggest pussy of all. What a bitch boy. He's actually been reasonably successful as a pro though.
 
Well, the dream was fun while it lasted. Think this match is just about over.

Would need an incredible comeback at 1, 2, 3 or 6 to make this a game again.
