For what position? If is is just to coach the OL (or part of it), then it is probably not the worst hire. No way they are looking at him for OC.

Sadly, it seems he really was a lap dog for Grobe and has no idea what to do now that his cash cow is out of a job. The greatest irony is that Grobe's loyalty to Lobo is what cost him.
