How does the refs swallowing their whistles ever NOT favor the Pats?

personally i want the pats to win. this validates that the pcats can play with anyone
 
3rd and 8 and NE has everyone within 3 yards of the LOS. Belichick knows Peyton can't throw it more than 10 yards without the wind catching it. That's what happened on the interception.
 
Either the wind has died down some or Peyton has already perfectly judged the effect it has on his ball or he's just making me look like an idiot.

Kickoff will be telling of wind speed.
 
Kickoff getting into the end zone means the wind has calmed considerably.
