Official 2023 College Football Thread: Michigan Recognized as National Champions of Cheating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FSU has a legitimate gripe for not making the playoff, but all these opt outs are completely on their coaching staff and roster. Having half your team quit before the Orange Bowl is embarrassing as hell and the FSU athletics program should be embarrassed as hell for this. Your mercenary players abandoned you.

I agree some of them but the majority are going pro and watched their leader shred his knee in a meaningless game in November.

Georgia out there with a freshman RB and a sophomore QB and that’s what depth and buy-in are.

the players should all do what’s best for themselves, but it’s certainly telling that FSU can’t field a decent team in the Orange bowl against Georgia for the chance to end the season undefeated, while lesser programs are getting twice the buy-in from their roster. The FSU football program and athletics department has responded to adversity this past month in the worst, most embarrassing way possible with zero pride.
