TALE OF THE TAPE ON PETE LEMBO:

Played at Georgetown. 43 years old. Coached at Elon, now is the Head Coach of Ball State.

24-12 during his time at Ball State, with 9 win seasons the last two years.
 
Meh on another MAC coach. Especially one that runs a pass happy spread attack.

We need to get a good running game guy in here, who's willing to cut block, use a mobile QB, and take advantage of our strengths. Having a big, pass blocking OL is not one of them.
 
Grobe does the right thing. But I have zero faith Wellman will do the same.
