But seriously, if it weren't a lock, would we just be like, "Cool, take your time, Danny. In the meantime, though, you and your wife and your 6'10 frame can arrange your own transportation back to Oklahoma. We eagerly await your decision"?

Exactly. If he's going to Dallas with our people you'd assume he is no longer thinking about it...unless he's just toying with Tulsa for no reason.
 
Plane is in the air headed to Dallas. Was only on the tarmac for 26 minutes, so wheels were probably only stopped for 10 or so. Not enough time to do anything but drop someone off. The question is whether it was Manning's wife, or Manning as well.

We might have some delusional fans but you cant seriously think they are worse than Tulsa fans thinking they can get Greg fucking Marshall

Maybe he was riding along trying to close the deal. My guess is that manning is not on the plane. Whether he decided or not he is going to talk to his team and the ad and whoever else tomorrow am or tonight and then if he is going to dallas it's in time for the press Saturday around the final four

Sure there is. We could have other members of the AD, or perhaps the Budd family themselves, who may be attending the Final 4. Easy to drop-off on the way.

He's milking those whopper perks as long as he can. I heard he's strong arming them against Bojangles. So far though Scotty McCreary is in intense negotiations so their boberry biscuit budget is up in the air. Rumors are swirling that Chik Fil a is in the mix, but they won't concede Sundays so they are likely out unless they come in with a milk shake side offering to Sweetin the deal. It'll be interesting to see how it all rolls out.

After the La Tech loss they went on a winning streak and didn't lose another game till the NCAA tournament when UCLA beat them 76-59. These are the teams they beat on the winning streak:
Rice, East Carolina, Old Dominion, Florida Atlantic, FIU, UTEP, UTSA, North Texas, Tulane, Middle TN, La Tech

That's a local news source. Perhaps we just dropped off the wifey and Manning took a commercial flight to Dallas.
