They're not in the lux tax yet. When they sign Parsons, they'll go into lux tax.

And yes, the Rockets owner has basically said he'll pay whatever it takes. People don't talk about it enough, but Leslie Alexander really is one of the better owners. Lets his FO work, and gives them whatever financial backing they want.
