Are you going to Omaha? When will you be there? Where are you staying? How many Jell-O shots are you willing to put down for the cause? Where are the meetups? What’s your schedule?

I figured a coordination thread for those who are able to go would be useful to check in and for folks to potentially arrange a meet up before games/during non-Wake games, for touring Omaha (or whatever).

Plan away friends and go Deacs!!!

booked SWA flights for the second weekend in case we make it but not sure I'll go even if we do

Do we know yet if Wake is first game or second game Sat?

Can't go for the first weekend, but if we advance I'll pay an arm and a leg to go

Flying in Monday morning and out Wednesday. Shocker: staying at the Harrah's Casino in Council Bluffs Iowa, which is just a couple of miles from Charles Schwab Park. Iowa is just across the Missouri River from Omaha.

Driving from Denver, planning on going this upcoming weekend and maybe again for the finals if we get that far -- prolly will stay in Lincoln or somewhere with the 4-5x markup on Omaha hotels

About a 4 hour drive from Lone Tree, so maybe the whole Forbes family can be there getting rowdy as hell.

A group of us stayed in St. Joseph's, MO many years ago for Wake-Nebraska. On the drive to Lincoln, we were all shocked when we crossed into Iowa. My midwest geography is horrible.

I didn't even realize Omaha is a reasonable drive from Denver.

I guess depends on your definition of "reasonable." About eight hours. But kinda have to haul ass to get anywhere from here (not that I'm complaining)

Thinking about flying direct to Kansas City and driving up, just to avoid an Atlanta connection and what could be a somewhat chaotic scene at the Omaha car rental center.

If we make the championship best of 3, then I’ll move mountains to get there.
