OFFICIAL pinochadeac loves [Redacted] thread

Geez some of you are tiresome. We won. Sluggish first game, especially with a total lack of fan support. Including some who root against us to pursue their own agenda. We have the worst fan base in the country. Sadly.

LOL. Are people really this dumb? The fact that we're all here, still complaining, and haven't just walked away is a testament to just how crazy committed our fanbase is.

Apathy should be a much greater concern to the AD than anger. While there is anger (certainly justified), anyone at the Joel just had to look around at the empty seats and the quiet crowd to see the damage the last three years have done to WFU basketball.

I was shocked at how small Coron looked. Standing next to CMM, there looked to be a good 3 inch difference (in height).

An that is why there is great concern about his ability to contribute vs ACC 2s ...

But Coron is quick and confident. I liked the way he chose his spots and did not force it. Obviously he is the guy we need at the line coming down the stretch also.

Good point Racer. It's like those Cub fans who secretly thank Bartman for allowing them to continue the struggle for the elusive WS parade, instead of a WS loss to the Yankees. I think the worst thing to happen to us would be for BZZ to win one game over .500 and never leave.

How's a three point specialist going to get to the line consistently at the end of a game? Does he have the handles to try and break a press?

It would depend on the situation. If we can just get the ball inbounded to him then he might not even have to dribble before he gets fouled.

I really want to know how we have a team full of "gym rats" and a coach who is an "excellent teacher of the game" yet we shoot FT's worse than a middle school YMCA league team.

Well coached teams will trap and go for the TO when the ball comes in to a good shooter without great handles. So, for those who were there, how are his handles?

I do think the 15-18 y/o YMCA team I coached last season shot a higher percentage from the line. Wake struggles so much in the half court that they just can't afford to miss free throws.

I'm just glad that Townie/Brews have made it out of college, got a job, and escaped their parents basement. If they can do it, anyone can!

So how will Demon write this game up. Do we get credit for a full win, or because we lost the first half is this game considered a tie, or does each team go to 1-1?
