when do we start really investigating Putin and you-know-who?

4/10 until I realized that publicly demoralizing an entire agency filled with more sac than captain five deferment kick ass is not awesome.

we are already investigation Putin and Trump, where have you been?
 
It's as if the Russians really didn't want Hillary to be President.
 
Not difficult to figure out why Russia favored the other three candidates:

Bernie: democratic socialist
Donald: totally incompetent
Stein: Green Party

Hillary: centrist competent politician

First three would massively increase volatility in American politics and the international arena. Hillary maintains the status quo.
 
Nah, I think they just picked people who would hurt Hillary's chance of winning.

Fuck the idea that Bernie would increase the volatility of American Politics. He’d be an incredibly uniting force.

Russia studied the 2000 election that got the imbecil George W. Bush elected and acted accordingly in 2016.

Of those 3 characters I agree, Bernie isn't in the same class. Although one could make an argument that he would be a lot more polarizing in a general election than in a primary.

For me I think the common thread is that they were all opponents to HRC in some form.

Bernie during the primary (attacks from the left)
Trump during the general (attacks from the right)
Stein during the general (attacks from the left)


What's even more interesting is that there no evidence (yet) of Russian assistance for Johnson/Weld. I would really like to know why.

Because Johnson/Weld would take support away from Trump.

This is all about paving a way for Trump. I wouldn't surprised if there was interference on Trump's behalf in the primary.

Correct...which is further proof of Russia's intention. The above question was more of a hypothetical but still an important one that hasn't been asked.

Re: the GOP primary...from what I've seen, the answer is yes. And many experts believe Russian election support for Trump goes as far back as 2015. The link below provides a good overview.
