You mean the only generation to ever have a balanced federal budget?

You mean the generation that gave the world the greatest music ever? The music of the BOOMER generation changed the world. It was central to civil rights movement, anti-war movement and changed societal smores on many levels.

What is SAD and HILARIOUS is that you don't even acknowledge that most of today's economy is based on what boomers invented. We created the integrated economy of the future. We created an integrated world economy. And for you MILLENNIALS who keep saying the PC was inventied in 1941, it's like saying that Da Vinci inventied the helicopter and other things that weren't used for hundreds of years was the key. PCs were not by the public until BOOMERS made them accessible to the world as opposed to millennials, who are too fucking lazy to get out and vote.

But's it's the fault of boomersthat subsequent generations aren't handed the WORLD on a silver platter. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH

My bad. It was the work and taxes of the Boomers that paid for the SS and Medicare of the "Greatest Generation". When the so-called "greatest Generation" took power, they amped up the Cold War and Viet Nam.

What has Gen-X and after created besides the Facebook and MyFaces? Which are the internet's version of writing on bathroom walls. Boomers are the music makers, the dreamers of dreams, the job creators. Gen X and millennials don't create as many new businesses. As we expected they want mommy and daddy hand it to them.

AOC wants everything for nothing. Instant gratification or constant, incessant, increasing volumes of whining.

Maybe she should polish her 7th place trophies.

This probably isn't the place to use those kinds of stereotypes about millennials. I'm not anywhere near as successful as many in my cohort at Wake, but at minimum I've paid off student loans, gotten married, and own a car and bought a house, and I'm not yet 32.

I realize you could do that with a nickel and a high school education when boomers were coming up and still have enough money to start your own business. That isn't really how it works in 2019.
 
If you hesitate on speaking out because you’re worried about how it’ll play with Republicans, who will hypocritically demonize whatever you say, you’ve already lost. You think Republicans go through this mental calculus before they support whatever goddamn evil thing Trump cooks up? Hell no they don’t!

You’d think after living through the post-OB Jim Grobe years that RJ would understand that playing not to lose doesn’t work. But IIRC he’s not as big a wake fb fan.
