Yet another example of selective outrage over discrimination from the left.
Nothing to see here... keep moving.
Could you please explain the anti-Semitism in the original tweets?

Wish they had been silent.
Yep. She should not have been asked to apologize by any dem and should not have apologized. Complete bullshit. Keep hearing people say the tweet are anti-semitic but not one person saying why, including in that article.
I mean the alleged anti-Semitism is pretty apparent in the "hypnotized" and "all about the Benjamins" phrasing. I don't personally see any problems with the tweets as I think it's pretty obvious they were not aimed at Jews as a whole, but at the concerted efforts of pro-Israel PACs and the efforts of the Netanyahu government to frame any possible anti-Israel statements as racist/anti-Semitic in order to delegitimize criticism of Israel. But that's where I'm assuming people who actually are arguing in good faith (i.e., not Republicans) that there are anti-Semitic elements to the tweets are getting it from.
I don't think I saw the 'hypnotized" comment, but anyone who is pretending it was about anything other than pro-Israel PAC money is being intentionally obtuse and full of shit.
Well that's the thing. The GOP doesn't care how disingenuous the argument is, they were going to come after Tlaib and Omar. If you can make the only 2 Muslim women in the House be perceived as anti-Semitic, you neuter their ability to effect necessary change. They have been prominent in their early days in Congress and that terrifies the GOP, the same party that accused George Soros of buying the 2018 election and paying protestors for years.

I looked through her twitter feed and couldn't find the "Hypnotized" tweet. She must have deleted it. Do you know what it said? The all about the Benjamins tweet was about greedy politicians doing anything for campaign cash, not about Jewish people in anyway, except that a pro-Israel (and really pro-Likud specifically) lobbying organization are the ones giving out the Benjamins, which goes pretty counter to the greedy stereotype that any anti-Semitic comment about Jews and money would be referencing.
I didn't scroll back 7 years, probably why I missed it. Still not anti-Jewish. It is in opposition to specific policies of the Israeli government.
