And yes, it is frustrating to hear the caterwauling from Republicans who regularly fear-monger over George Soros conspiracy theories. They are clearly trying to tear the newbies down. But there were Jewish Dem members of Congress that called it out as well.

Maybe he just didn’t see McCarthy’s tweet. Like he didn’t see when FNC “mistakenly” put up a graphic that RBG was dead. When he sees these things, you can bet your ass he’ll be pissed about it.

I honestly had no idea that hypnosis was some sort of racist Jewish stereotype. I found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stereotypes_of_Jews_in_literature#Victorian_era

My Grandma used to talk about Jews and money but she never spoke about Jews and hypnosis. I learned about racist stereotypes mostly from my grandmother and her brother, my great Uncle Harold. He never said anything about Jew and hypnosis either, but he had plenty to say about the Japs.

She's been there less than two months and feels confident enough to put out such bigotry and hate.

The way to stop her from having a track record of hate is not to accept it or condone it.

As I said, this wasn't an accident and is how she feels.
 
Concerning today's tweet, I just don't see how it's possible to call out a lobbying group without alluding to the fact that they spend money to influence politicians. Perhaps, all things considered, Omar should take a back seat on that issue, but AIPAC's influence is a legitimate issue that someone should confront.

The hypnotism tweet is a bit worse, but I think it's something that could be repeated without knowing it's antisemitic roots. Similar to how it's possible for someone at UVA today to publish "Corks and Curls" without knowing what that phrase referred to.

Just my opinion, as an admittedly non-Jewish person with no immediate experience with antisemitism.
 
Same tactic thats been used to undermine Jeremy Corbyn as anti-Semitic for his criticisms of Israel. Its blatant censorship. How many American states now have laws that employers can require employees to condemn BDS?

Corbyn is another story entirely, and a complete piece of shit.

There's a way to talk about Israel and their vile behavior in Palestine that is properly nuanced and not anti-Semitic. That's not the long, long track record Corbyn has.

No,Corbyn brought it on himself. Dershowitz eviscerates him. Brit Marxist-Left got into bed with Islam and this is the result. Same with the american left and it’s association with Sarsour,Farrakhan,Omar et., al.
