Convincing base voters that elections are rigged is justification to contest elections in the courts to rig elections. You don’t need voter turnout to rig elections.

Imagine this scenario. There’s a blue wave due to much higher than usual turnout among 18-30 year olds against Dobbs. Dems win NV by double digits, PA by 8+, AZ by 5+, and win NC, FL, and WI by 1-2%. Exit polls will show increased turnout but Republicans will be convinced that Democrats rigged the election so they use any state and local power they have to contest these elections.
