I just read about this! What in the world? The yahoo article says the charges were reinstated before the Pistorius murder happened.

wtf?! who says that? you would think that if he really wants to prove that it was an accident, he'd be too distraught to think about moving on with his life after he "accidentally" killed the woman he loved.
