Definitely. It is just terrible, terrible writing. I can't tell if he is trying to be humorous or satirical or what. But he is missing the mark on any of that. The Facebook page in question is one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen
I wanna see your own tackling skills the next time he clowns around, Conner
The guy is a total clown from what I can tell. I’ve read some of his Facebook stuff, ill-informed, bad takes. I think it was either after the Elon game or Vandy game he mentioned Sean Mcginn among other starting Olineman this year? With social media, I think anyone can hold themselves out to be media these days. This is going to ramble, apologies.
I've got questions about the guy's name. This will probably come off as conspiracy ramblings. On the press box seating chart, the guy in this seat is Charles Hartley of some sports blog I'd never heard of until 2 months ago. There's a Facebook profile with that name that posts these long, fan-fiction stories. I think he's also used the name "Sammy Sportface," if you go by some references in comments.
I tend to think the cheering in the press box stuff is usually a case of "other media and athletic dept. people care but nobody else does, so why bring it up?" But every once in a while -- like yesterday -- it's over the top. Yelling for Mooch to throw the ball away, cheering on the touchdowns, other big plays, etc. was just all day. And that's just what I could hear; others were closer.
The bigger issue, IMO, is cutting off Clawson and players in the post-game presser. I can give a little leeway on Clawson because he does pause sometimes on answers and you think he's done, then he'll rattle off another couple of thoughts (I'm sure people who watch full pressers have picked that up). But he cut off Marucci when he answering a Les question and that shit just shouldn't happen.
Less of an issue but yesterday before the 4th quarter, Wake's comms. director told us to use microphones for questions so that fans listening could hear the questions and not just answers. From what I could tell, everybody followed that directive except this clown.
He's only shown up to games, but he's been on Zoom for a couple of Clawson's Tuesday pressers. The whole "what book are you reading this year" stuff was him.
His day job is as a content specialist for TIAAThis is going to ramble, apologies.

i guess you had never met anyone from pittsburgh before the ACCCGThis is how I feel. I was totally indifferent to PITT until the ACCCG. Their fans are terrible and stupid people. Their team and coach are classless punks.
Like I said, the biggest issue was cutting off Marucci. I think he also cut off Chelen Garnes, but I didn't save that audio.I listened to Clawson's whole press conference and only thought I heard him get cut off once, and it didn't seem out of line or anything. I guess the big issue was the stuff that happened during the game?
I assume those would be the questions where Marucci looked at the guy like he was an idiotLike I said, the biggest issue was cutting off Marucci. I think he also cut off Chelen Garnes, but I didn't save that audio.
I'm guilty of cutting off Clawson at least once a month during the season, so that's not a big deal.
Exactly my take. Really had no feelings about Pitt. Then at the bar before the ACCCG, random Pitt sees me while waiting in line at restroom and asks me “what’s the difference between your girlfriend and your sister? Nothing! Hahaha” then ran away. This is how I feel. I was totally indifferent to PITT until the ACCCG. Their fans are terrible and stupid people. Their team and coach are classless punks.
Did anyone else notice how #6 on their D was constantly running his mouth and flexing all over the place.
Believe so, yes.I assume those would be the questions where Marucci looked at the guy like he was an idiot
Who is this guy we speak of?Like I said, the biggest issue was cutting off Marucci. I think he also cut off Chelen Garnes, but I didn't save that audio.

Included in my rambling on previous page.Who is this guy we speak of?
Not only that, but after he did that mess, he pushes another Wake player and has words.Honestly what the fuck was that defender thinking grabbing banks by the arm and dragging him not just off the pile but another three yards on the grass? Just bizarre behavior.
Can anyone give a synopsis of Narduzzi’s post-game presser? Was he complaining about the calls/slide?
“There were some tears in that locker room,” Pittsburgh coach Pat Narduzzi said.
Third-string QB Santino Marucci throws late TD pass as Wake Forest tops Pittsburgh 21-17
Wake Forest third-string quarterback Santino Marucci threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Cameron Hite with 7 seconds remaining to cap a dizzying turn of events in a 21-17 win over Pittsburgh.apnews.com
This is how I felt about Perry when he first started playing. He turned out ok.I hate to go negative but Grimes has been absolutely awful this year. I don’t understand why we put him out wide in single coverage and expect him to do something. He nearly cost us this game and he cost us the Clemson game with inept play. Pretty disappointing for one of our biggest recruits ever. Obviously I’m rooting for the guy, but I was sitting down close to the Wake bench and after he bumbled the TD catch he came off to the side and was really defeated and barely played the rest of the game. It should always be Banks or Key or Morin in high leverage situations.
