QB Going Forward

o/u Griffis 1st half completions? I’m going with 4.5.

To all the people who poo-pooed Marucci beating Pitt because it was just Pitt, guess what. Wake is Pitt now. Duke kept it simple with a 3rd string QB and won. Clawson kept trusting Griffis to make plays and he couldn't hold on to the ball when it matter.
 
This was arguably his best game from the pocket, and the ball security was non-existent.

This is it. You can't trot him out there again.

yeah, despite his faults it seemed like he was playing a pretty solid, even game while calling a fairly conservative game but it sure seemed like we ramped up the trust in him way, way too quickly, and the inevitable happened.
 
So realistically... will we have a solution at qb next season?

I saw we had a 3-star commit in 2023 and another coming in 2024.... but seems like we might need someone in the portal?
