Report: Kavanaugh won’t commit to recusal from Trump/Mueller related matters

The National Charade of the Democratic Party funneling millions of dollars to British and Russian intelligence members to concoct a hit piece to spy on an opposition candidate is the lowest piece of govermental chicanery as I have witnessed as a citizen. It is truly appalling.

Thus far 6 Government Co-conspirators have been fired. Others are to follow.

Democrat behavior through all of this has been the single most disappointing aspect. It is astounding to see so little self-awareness as they have displayed these last 2 plus years

Hell, since there was no knowledge or concern about global warming at the time of our nation’s founding, I guess any efforts to regulate industry to mitigate anthropogenic climate change is bound to be unconstitutional.

You got it. Now try to pry this AR-15 from my cold dead hands.

Well, that should kill the nomination for sure.

Fred Guttenburg should spend less time grandstanding and more time in his own community.

Paying a visit to the listless prevaricator and Dem stooge, Sherrif Scott Israel and his Cowards in Broward

You got it. Now try to pry this AR-15 from my cold dead hands.

Socialist-Crony Capitalist Comm.Giants continue to show disdain for the 1st amendment may be shown the purpose for putting the 2nd right in behind it.

Every Dem should be talking to their local, regional and national media outlets with one message only - What is Kavannaugh hiding?

No other nominee for any Senate approval position has hidden the amount of information as Kavannaugh has. Maybe the next guy or woman should get all of their historical information classified. Let's just eliminate "advise and consent" from the Constitution and let every POTUS put anyone he/she wants to every position.

Apparently, you missed the more important things Sasse had to say. Too bad.

Anything important he said is contradicted by his actions. If you can share anything that isn't regurgitated breitbart slop, would love to hear it. Maybe.

The FCC was established before cell phones or the internets, so I guess they can't make rules on those topics.

How is Kavanaugh hiding information?

http://fortune.com/2018/09/02/democrats-supreme-court-nominee-brett-kavanaugh-records-withheld/

If you want to parse, Trump rather than Kavanaugh withholding the info is a distinction without a difference as the material is not available. If anything, it's an even bigger abuse of power for the POTUs to block the Senate from having access.

This is even more egregious in that the POTUS under whom the events happened had approved their dissemination.

If you don't think he spoke with the WH, you are hopelessly naive.

But that doesn't change the impact. An impact you are intentionally avoiding. But that's normal for you. If something doesn't fit your stilted narrative, you simply look to create another shiny object. It's very Trumpian and inherently dishonest.

Graham gives Kavanaugh an opportunity to recover from the bad optics of yesterday by asking him to respond to the Parkland father and protester that is worried about losing their healthcare. Kavanaugh says he knows the issues of real people because he serves meals to the homeless.

.... okay

Graham is now doing most of the talking.

Anyway, it's interesting how focused the Rs are on the media narrative around Kavanaugh considering they have the votes.

I'll admit I wasn't paying much attention to politics in the early 2000s, but that part about Bush staffers stealing documents from the Dem members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to prepare for hearings (and leak to the press) was news to me.

Looks like his finances are a little suspicious, too. Little fucker is for sale, sounds like
