if white christian men took over parts of a country and were behaeding people, burning basically committing genocide, rape and murder and threatening to come to America and do the same all the while being successful on many attacks already. Suspending Muslim immigration proves their point. It shows Muslims around the world that the US is at war with their ENTIRE religion. It guarantees more attacks on Americans in the US and around the world.

This is the worst concept to the safety of Americans.

You're right, they are different problems, but the gun problem is much worse and it compounds the terrorism problem. We should definitely address that problem differently. We should address it sooner, and more drastically.

I have no idea. I also have no idea why it's relevant to anything. Under the First Amendment, we protect people's ability to hate gays, etc. without legal consequences.

Very simple, without W's lying to get us into the Iraq War, there is no ISIS. Without W ending the Iraqi Army, many of their leaders wouldn't have lost their jobs and helped to form ISIS. Without W FREEING the creator of ISIS from prison (while expanding the population at GITMO), there would have been no ISIS.

Handwringing isn't a response, whether its about guns, islamic terrorism, black on black crime, or police brutality.

As a country we have spent far more money and taken far more concrete steps to solve the problem of black on black crime than we have police brutality. If we are going to pretend for the moment that the only policy consideration at play here is the direct effect each has on the violent death toll in the black community, then our spending and legislative response has been fairly proportionate.

As a country we have spent an unfathomable amount of money and taken more concrete steps to combat the threat of radical islam than we have on combating the threat of gun violence (we aren't even allowed to fucking study that threat). Our spending and legislative response has been inversely proportionate. That needs to change.
 
what a bunch of ignorant fucks. how many of you have ever actually interacted with many Muslims? my wife teaches at a school owned by the Saudi gov't for fuck's sake and they condemn the shit outta what this guy did. The people at that school are peaceful and just want a good way of life for them and their families. to restrict their immigration to this country is fucking un-American.
