I think Dems were agreeing because they had to. Now that they have the upper hand, it will be different.

Thanks for the kind words, Ph. I'll try to post a little more often. I just took a new job at the University of Exeter in the UK. I don't have quite as much board time as I might otherwise enjoy. I know it's a crazy move after getting tenure in the US (especially with two young children), but we decided to to try a crazy adventure.
