If coach K had half his players refuse to play and publicly sabotage him every year, I doubt he wins a 1000 games.

Thumbs up W

"Bush in fact opened his remarks by insisting that he would not criticize Obama, Fleischer said, because he didn't want to make Obama's job more difficult by commenting on his policies or lambasting him, a courtesy Bush's vice president has not afforded Obama (Dick Cheney last month called Obama "the worst president of my lifetime").

Two donors who were in the room for Bush's remarks confirmed Fleischer's account and one said Bush noted the importance of being respectful toward the President and remembering that the U.S. only has one President at a time."

Didn't Bush come out and criticize Obama recently at a Jewish function. I thought I saw some facebook fodder about that. It wasn't recorded or on the record, but attendees confirmed that W was very critical with how Obama was handling Iran.

Bush went HAM on Obama recently concerning Iran.

Iran seizes commercial ship, U.S. forces respond

Washington (CNN)Iran Revolutionary Guard patrol boats intercept a commercial cargo ship, the M/V Maersk Tigris, which was crossing the Strait of Hormuz Tuesday morning, according to a senior U.S. military official.

Despite reports in some media, there are no Americans on board, the official said.

The ship, a Marshall Islands flagged vessel, was transiting the Strait into the Persian Gulf on an internationally recognized maritime route, the U.S. official said.

The Iranian military contacted the vessel and directed the ship master to "divert further into Iranian Waters," according to the official.

"The master initially declined and one of the IRGCN (Iranian mlitary) patrol craft fired shots across the Maersk Tigris' bow. The master then complied and diverted under escort by the IRGCN vessels."

After the shots were fired, the Tigris issued a distress call which was picked up by U.S. forces in the area and the USS Farragut was ordered to head towards the incident. The official said the closest U.S. warship was 60 miles from the incident.

The U.S. Navy has also sent aircraft to monitor the status.

According to the shipping company, which is in contact with the U.S. military, the Iranian military has boarded the ship, the official said.
