We will be in the apartment for a week before we move into a townhouse in Windsor. My company is shipping our stuff April 30 and storing it until we are ready to move in. Even in a bigger place it will be weird with the family. I can't wait but it will be weird being around other people. lol
 
Anecdotally, we were getting emailed 10+ new listings per week based on the search parameters our realtor set up for us through MLS. We've gotten 2 in the last two weeks.

Oh fuck...the jobless report is 6.6M claims this last week.
 
Real unemployment is probably more like 25% at this point if we are being honest. And it is going to get a lot worst. We're headed to a Depression not sure how everyone doesn't see that. Been clear for weeks now. Thankfully a 21st century Depression will be a lot more luxurious for most than the 20th century one.

Well, if the gov did nothing you are likely correct. That is the lesson from the Great Depression that seems to have been learned by policymakers. Heck, even very conservative folks voted for the 2 Trillion dollar bill. Even if this thing drags out a bit longer, it seems more likely than not things will be normal (ish) come June/July.
 
The things will be normalish by June/July is most likely the double edge sword of having an extremely dumb populous. On one side you have the problem being made a hell of a lot worse by people being dumb, on the other side you have after a period of time things returning to normal because people are dumb. Like if things drag on the risk of being in a restaurant or retail store cant be justified even if the levels drop significantly, however people still want to do these things at the peak of infection so they will have no problem hitting up Applebees in June.

Seems like there is legit chance that the virus will die down due to the weather come June/July, which will then lead to our stupid AF population rushing back out into crowded areas and round two of this breaking out again in the fall. That's when the Depression is going to get real.
