The 2020-21 College Football Thread: Alabama Unleashes Bold Familiar Flavor on CFB !!

I guess SD3 isn’t naming a kid Chandler.

App State looking abysmal in a national spotlight. Happy for their incredibly cocky fans to eat a whole humble pie.

Yeah. They really shit the bed- ranked #23 playing a national TV game and they lose to a team that calls their stadium "The Joan"

Rondale Moore opts back in for Purdue. C’mon Sage there’s plenty of football left to play.

The fact that Sage doesn't make lists of top players to opt out is a sign he needs to come back.

Word is that Sage signed with an agent.

Normally, that would close the door on returning to play, but Minnesota WR Rashod Bateman opted out in early August, signed with agent, and is now seeking to return to the Gophers. Given the pandemic and the uncertainty about whether there would even be a season, the NCAA has been a lot more receptive to doling out exceptions to actions which previously would be a complete bar to returning to play. Even if the NCAA is willing to grant an exception, haven't heard a peep that Sage is even mulling over a possible return and with several hoops to jump over for that to happen, such a move seems increasingly unlikely.

Yeah what? Why would he come back to an 0-2 team that has already played two primetime games he could have used as showcase games?
