There is very little I can add to the condolences already posted. About three years ago my brother, who was a wheelchair user but also a driver, wanted to go to church on Easter Sunday. For unimportant reasons, he could not use his car that day, so had to order a taxi. The cabbie was a Muslim, and on arrival at the church, wheeled my brother out of the taxi and up the path and into the church. As he turned to go, my brother - who had noticed that the meter hadn't been set - called to him that he hadn't paid him. The driver just smiled and said, "Happy Easter". My brother died not long after, but that gesture lived in his (and my) memory.
