I did not go to the talk, and so I don't know for sure. However, at first glance, Islamophobia and global warming don't seem to me to be remotely connected. It would be great to hear from someone who went.

Merkel really screwed up. Her basic policy is at odds with 60% of the population. Not surprisingly her popularity is at an all time low. She could not possibly have done more to harm the cause of immigration that her Wilkommen Kultur.
