You understand that we have a Constitution with an equal protection clause, right? The government can't do things just because it wants to do them. The things they want to do have to be, at a minimum, not illegal.

You said affirmative action was about “judging” black people - an accusation, now suddenly you want to talk about the Constitution. I can’t keep up with all your dumbass arguments, can you please just stick to 1 at a time?

This is one simple, very old argument. It goes something like this:

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
