That's not targeting. Targeting should be a step or less. Receiver had time to brace himself.
 
Just reinstated #8, shoulder to shoulder contact, not head or neck.

The receiver was so defenseless that he was lowering his shoulders to deliver a blow to the defender.
 
It's amazing how often there are predicted to be high scoring games they don't pan out.
 
Stanford football is so boring. I hate them with a passion. I just hate watching their games.
