Totally Unofficial 2023/24 Premier League Thread

Massive 3 points. Onana was huge in the middle of that 2nd half and Bruno took his goal so well, created that bit of space and hit it superbly. Leno maybe could have done better but he clearly saw it late with the collection of bodies in front of him, so I think blaming him is harsh.
Palhinha should have just booted to safety, Fulham had multiple chances to clear their lines there and failed.

not sure how palace still have 10 on the field... studs-up challenge above the ankle on Burnley's keeper.

Everton really unlucky to walk away with just a point. Brighton created nothing all day, but an unlucky deflection late on gives them an equalizer. Very nearly the perfect execution of Dyche’s plan to play without the ball. Mitoma was starting to get space on Young, the sub for Patterson just a few min too late.

Oh well, wasn’t expecting anything from the game, point helps.

Second lowest xG mustered in the de Zerbi Brighton era, without Onana. Love to see it.

Havertz maybe could have been sent off too. And Newcastle did win the xG game. Not sure Arsenal fans have much of a fair gripe. Need to be playing better if they wanna entertain challenging for the league.
