Did anyone see the release for the 2024 Tour? It starts with 4 days in Italy with a mountain day. Its apparently an anniversary for an Italian champ. Supposedly it will be the toughest route ever. And will be the 1st time ever to not end in Paris or even have Paris involved due to the Olympics starting 5 days after the tour finishes. Also the 1st time since the '80s that the final stage will be an individual time trial. Mark Cavendish has already started complaining about the fairness of the route as he seeks to break the stage victory record according to the BBC.
I think the article I read said that Greg Lemond won the last one to actually pip the yellow jersey and win the tour by 8 secYeah I hate both of these things
