Yes, but I think they are franchised. The original Ted's in in N. Wilkesboro. The one in Lewisville has been through a few different owners since its original location near Pfafftown if I recall.

Hope it’s not gone forever around here. Haven’t had the one in Wilkesboro but really liked the one in Mooresville.
 
any suggestions for a nice restaurant in Winston Salem for a birthday, we tried Mozelle's, but they are booked,

We went to Bernardin’s last night for my birthday dinner.

Haven’t been since the pandemic.

Still pretty good, would recommend.

It was a lovely evening and was kind of thinking to sit outside, But their outside area was pretty packed and they took one look at us and escorted us upstairs where there was only one other couple some distance away which was OK since quieter and I’ve got some kind of cold.

Anyhow, coming out of the restaurant, looked over at Mozelle’s and thought their sidewalk dining would have been perfect for the weather.

Did enjoy driving home with the top down.
