Come on Bake! A couple that one was POTUS and the other was a US Senator and Secretary of State would NEVER have any power. The fact that they have sold millions upon millions of books each wouldn't make them rich either.

Add to the fact that every penny their foundation ever received has been accounted for and their pay is public knowledge and you'll see how wrong you are. Just because Charity Navigator (the watch dog of the charity arena) states the foundation had one of the lowest coast of overhead and fundraising (under 5% vs. 33% is rated as fair) doesn't mean the Clintons didn't rob it blind to those in the "know" like Lectro.

clearly you get richer by doing shady real estate deals in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Panama, Dubai, etc., and you still get to be president, so seems like the Clintons went into the wrong line of work if they wanted both money and power.

Then, at a Wednesday press conference, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said outright that he will oppose Haspel’s nomination. “To really appoint the head cheerleader for waterboarding to be head of the CIA?” Paul told reporters. “I mean, how could you trust somebody who did that to be in charge of the CIA? To read of her glee during the waterboarding is just absolutely appalling.”

Wasn't Tillerson supposed to be a great SoS because he had "business experience?" How is it that somebody could rise to be CEO of Exxon, but yet can't handle the job of being secretary of state? Is it possible there are different skill sets involved?
