Trump Indicted

didn't the SC have a chance to take the case several months ago when Jack Smith asked them too? good lord, the supreme court is full on carrying insurrectionist water for him now.
So what’s to happen if they rule total presidential immunity and Biden has Trump killed and refuses to leave office

Damn, would be pretty damn funny yet totally meaningless if it was real.

Is there any chance at all Trump does NOT commit election fraud this go around? We know now that the guy does nothing but project, so you have to believe he’s going to try and cheat. Then when he is inevitably caught, he will claim it’s unfair and that cheating Joe Biden got away with it and….yeah, we all know the playbook by now. The guy didn’t even lose in 2016 and he let the cat out of the bag.

(This could have gone in 4 or 5 different threads, but figured I’d get ahead of it here)

The headlines are so conflicting. It's either "Judge rules Willis can stay on" or "Willis or Wade must recuse"

Seems really flimsy to demand a prosecutor change her staff to avoid an "appearance" of conflict of interest. It just doesn't seem like a judge should require that.

yeah, there either is or isn't one. the "appearance" thing is for Fox News talking heads to say.

but glad it can continue on, Trumpers were acting like this TOTALLY EXONERATED him.

Given the threats of violence that now unfortunately come with any decision that is not 100% Trump, I can see some value in the approach.

Trump and co. prolly gonna appeal this ruling to cause further delay and embarrassment to others…?
