FWIW, the Pittsburgh manager admitted that nobody on the field or in the dugout had the prescience of mind to help Craig. They were all mesmerized by Baez dancing his way back toward home plate. Baez goaded Craig and the Pittsburg organization into that play. The manager suspects it has never occurred before and labeled it a once in a generation play. There is a reason Baez has the nickname "EL Mago". The Magician.
 
Don"t know if anyone caught the Louisville Clemson ACC Tournament game but what a HR Derby!
 
Yes. It was a really fun game to watch.. For about the first 6 innings the lead changed almost every half inning. Louisville eventually won 15-10.
 
Even Duke made the ACC baseball tourney and won games. We should never be behind DOOK.
 
Can you believe it's State and Duke for the championship? A team with no home field vs a down State team that knows how to focus and has a great coach.

Where is the only team with a pitching lab and one of the nicest stadiums in D1?

I hope Duke wins and gets in NCAA tournament, then we can listen to Walters talk about how that could have wake sicne they were “hot”
At right time. Maybe they should let every ACC team kn the tournament because Walter is a nice guy.

Kind of amazing from where the Conference stood two months ago. So much as usual for the early season hot takes.
 
The NCAA announced the 16 subregional hosts for the 64 team baseball tournament. ND was the lone ACC team named as a host (a record low for the ACC). The SEC has 7 teams hosting a regional, which is also a record. Arkansas is the overall #1 seed. Vandy is also hosting and they may have the top two picks in the 2021 MLB draft (Kumar Rocker and Jack Leiter). ECU is hosting a regional. The 64 team field will be announced today at noon. Play begins Friday. The Wake Forest Demon Deacons, a consensus top 25 pick to start the year is not expected to receive an invite after finishing DFL in the ACC.

The 16 regional hosts:

So after spending millions with the ACC the worst it's been in years, we still managed to nab last place.
 
That's true, but the only reason we weren't tied for last was because Walter begged out of game 3 at Miami when we were "out of pitching". That was almost a sure loss. And if we had got to play BC we would probably have last place all to ourselves, seeing as they whipped Auburn 2 out of 3 the weekend we were supposed to play them.
