Wake Forest 2023 baseball season thread (Deacs end historic season with extra inning loss to LSU: Final record 54-12 and top 4 finish nationally)

Roland in a jam here, runners on first and second two outs

Minacci coming in to hopefully get the last 4 outs
 
Is it just me or does it look like Roland is tipping pitches? Flaring his arms out multiple times from the stretch when a fastball is coming but keeping them relatively still when it's a breaking ball.
 
Nice to see the bottom of the order be so productive in a low scoring game

With Corona struggling at the plate, having Johnson to play 2nd has been big. The transfers have really done everything you could have hoped for and more so far this season. With what we had returning, it just makes for a really solid ball club.
 
Let's break this open right now so that we can save the rest of the high-leverage bullpen arms for tomorrow.
