I am really not sure why I read this shit anymore very little sports and more entitled socialists. Is this RJ? or someone day drinking?

TSY puts in a lot of work collecting all the money from multiple sources, many with long tails (mailing checks). He is the only mod that is handling that and it is a huge amount of effort managing that on top of his normal job and raising a family. I'm sure he will update with totals earned when he has time to sit down and aggregate it all. If you know TSY, and most of the awesome WFU fans here I know personally do, then you'd know it is incredibly insulting to insinuate he's doing anything underhanded here or being negligent.

We don't beg for anything, it's a donation to keep the site running ad free (for your benefit) and help us upgrade software. If we don't have the money to pay for hosting and other expenses then the site will cease to exist. I put in hundreds of hours per year helping keep the site up for free because I like contributing to the Wake Forest community, what does RJ contribute? Aside from shit talking me on facebook (creepy as fuck he'd take stuff from the boards to real life/other sites, but I'd expect nothing less) and derailing threads like he's done here constantly. I'm not stopping anyone from expressing their views here, the only one attempting to do that in this situation is RJ.

no it is me and night drinking as it is 11pm where I am 1) I do not know him and to ASsUME I am not an awesome Deacon fan because I dont is insulting. I just asked for an accounting. if he is the only one over seeing funds from out side eyes that rises questions.You should at the VERY least post a simple financial statement yearly and not deposit funds in a personal account. 2)Really I have not seen RJ stop anyone you mods have the only power here to stop free seach and seem to enjoy using it lectro RJ sure this is putting me on the list. Sorry to derail this but sick and fucking tired of seeing people attacked for voicing options you dont agree with the first ammedment applies to everyone not just you like it or not.

Yes, we should put more time in to operating our forum like a business that we make no money off of and already put in plenty of personal time to keep running, including setting up financial entities and accounts for it and posting detailed costs breakdown to keep some guy with < 70 posts happy.

You should brush up on the first amendment and whether it actually applies to everyone. You're not being put on any list, you're just making yourself look silly.

What in the world is going on here? All sportsmed was saying is that if Neath isn’t happy here it probably would not be in our favor that we are recruiting a player from the same “neighborhood” if you will. That is a completely reasonable point!! He did not at all attack or disparage Neath.

I did not say detailed just a hey we have x cash we need x to meet these expenses this year. And you are wrong the first amendment applies to everyone this is a public forum ! So if i had posted some dumb shit once aday for the past 9 years that would make me better........nah I would have been doing jello shots out of strippers belly buttona with RJ in timeout.

We have always posted for each fundraiser how much was collected (Tsy will eventually do this for our latest fundraiser, its just a lot of work, thanks to everyone who has contributed without whining about socialism). Our hosting expenses, which have been shared before, are roughly 300-350 a quarter depending on exchange rates. I personally end up paying an extra 60 bucks/year for reduced tapatalk ads for anyone who uses that (this used to get us ad-free but we're currently grandfathered in and just getting reduced # of ad impressions for this now, one reason I want to move away from any dependency on tapatalk), and then its another 50ish dollars or so for the SSL cert and setup on that annually iirc. New software and migration expenses will probably run us somewhere around 250 dollars this year if all goes to plan on that front.

ETA: I should have looked back at your posting history before now, I can see you've had this argument with others before and are clearly delusional.

Anyway, go get em Forbes! and fuck duke.
