Gott underachieves so hard. And those recruiting classes don't include the pretty highly recruited transfers he's brought in too, like Lacy

Man, I would have never guessed.

You know State Doerens Wednesday night, right?

Other than the fact that he played there, why would he leave Dayton for State? He's winning consistently, is the highest paid coach in the A-10, and he would have to rebuild from scratch in Raleigh (for a fan base that isn't exactly renowned for its patience--even with an alum like Sidney Lowe).

I'm not saying he won't take the job, but I'll be surprised if he does.

I have no idea if Archie will take the job or not, but whoever takes over won't be starting from scratch. State should have a decent amount of talent coming back next season assuming no absolute major overhaul (I shouldn't assume, but still).

NCSU continues its trend of professionalism.

Nothing makes the job more attractive than an AD leaking that they are firing the current coach a month in advance.

ETA: and of course packpride thinks it's a conspiracy. What a fanbase.

Amateurs ... Oh wait ...

If you are a department beholden to loud/ immature trumpian set of boosters then any meeting gets leaked. Here's hoping our Shah-led boosters aren't as Dumbassian

Threw me off because of the missing years. But yeah, they've had some good classes. Some names I hadn't thought of in a while (these are 247 rankings, and I included names I arbitrarily deemed notable):

2010: #6 (C.J. Leslie, Ryan Harrow, and Lorenzo Brown)
2011: #109
2012: #11 (Rodney Purvis and T.J. Warren)
2013: #10 (Cat Barber, BeeJay Anya)
2014: #18 (Abu, the Martin twins)
2015: #61 (Maverick Rowan)
2016: #4 (DSJ, Yurtseven, Kapita, Markell Johnson)

Harrow, Purvis, and the Martin twins all transferred to other programs.

Don't forget Kyle Washington, now averaging 13.6 and 7 for 22-3 Cincinnati
