Tremaine “QCB” Sloan

qcb2 Tremaine QCB SloanTremaine Sloan, aka T- Sloan, aka QCB, has always had a dream of being an entertainer, because he never had a problem making others laugh. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, T-Sloan traces his comedy beginnings to his hyperactive childhood, where in grade school he would stand in the hall making jokes about everyone and everything!

His career in show business started to expand once he finished his broadcasting studies at Carolina School of Broadcasting located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1999, he started to internship at WFNZ, “Syndicated” Sports Radio (610 AM) only briefly until they discovered how “funny” he was. Within the same year he signed a contract and became a regular talent of the show as a “Comedian Broadcaster”.

T-Sloan’s competent style of standup comedy has brought him to in some of the top comedy clubs internationally & throughout the Carolina’s. Some of his favorite venues to performed at includes; The “Famous” Laugh Factory in New York, Charlotte’s own “Comedy Zone”, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Sylvia Theater, The Charlotte Coliseum, Winthrop College & Club H2O (just to name a few). He has also worked alongside some of the world’s greatest comics in the business such as Tone-X (from The Grammy Winning “Monique Show”), Earthquake, Sommore, Lavell Crawford, Money Mike, Tommy Davidson, Rick Flair, Dave Attel, James Gregory, Arniz J, Chris Thomas and Bro-man (from the sitcom “Martin”).

Through it all T-Sloan continues to show professionalism and consistency as he strives to reach greater levels of success. When you watch T-Sloan perform, you will certainly see why the Creative Loafing Article stated, “T-Sloan is one of the most mentioned comics working today”’. T-Sloan’s comedy & and greatest accomplishments in life are always dedicated to his father “the late William Sloan”, who always told him “be funny”! Where ever T-Sloan performs he always “Rises to the Occasion” and never disappoints, a hungry audiences thirst for “good ole fashion” laughter!

Monday-Friday at 5:15pm and 6:15pm, the QCB picks his winners against-the-spread in games being played that night. He also gives a two to five minute comedic commentary on the world of sports from his perspective. He goes one-on-one with fans in selecting his games of the night.
