WFU Soccer:

Deacs host VT tonight in a big ACC match. Couple of big upsets last night. We are rocking the pink tonight. ESPN3 viewing.
 
Boys head to Elon for a 7:00 PM kick tonight. Big match for Argudo against his former club. I don't believe it's on ESPN app tonight, but instead it may be televised through some sort of Elon website.
 
Our only regular season loss this year was a midweek match with Georgia St. Don't know how Elon is doing this year but they have played us tough in the past.
 
Elon is unbeaten at home (3-0-3) and 4-3-6 overall. So they seem to be roughly equal to a lot of teams

We probably schedule these matches because they are exactly the kind of teams and formations and tactics we'll face in the NCAA tourney.
 
Phew. After a couple of nervy moments Gager gets a second for the Deacs. Elon throwing players forward and we break and pass it around the box for a while before putting one in. 2-0
