I believe it was discussed on the Good Bourbon thread. Essentially, due to the aging, the supply of decent bourbon hasnt been able to keep up with the demand increases the last few years. You can easily find the basic bourbons like Jim Beam, but a lot of the distillers are rationing how much gets shipped to various locations to try and manage their inventory.
