Joe Biden is many things, some of which make me absolutely crazy, but you cannot with a straight face tell me he is “highly demented and incompetent.” There is no basis in fact for that assertion. Everyone makes mistakes and misspeaks. Just because you want to think it’s true doesn’t make it objectively so.

Substance use disorder is a disease. Joe loves his son and is supporting him in his recovery.

I can’t speak to similar actions on the legal/correctional side.
