Indiana and Georgia for sure, and there may be others (these were a number of years back though).

Interesting. I wonder how the language of those defers from that of the recent legislation that keeps getting rejected.

In Georgia they give you a voter ID card at no cost that can be requested at anytime, that's how they got around the strict voter ID requirement. Sure another pain in the ass to go a long with registration but is free so appears fair. You still need all the bullshit like social security or birth certificate and other things that poor people would have a hard time obtaining but hey Free!!
