Today is the first time I've been able to test streaming MLB.tv live through my Roku. I had low expectations, but it's actually working really well. Quality is very good considering it's connected to wifi and not ethernet. Haven't had any lags and only audio problems a couple times.

Now I just hope they work on the UI. The menus look amateurish.
 
Ooh, last years 4th outfield darling for the Rays is out 4-5 months - no Fuld magic this season.
 
Good, even after he started sucking against everyone else he killed the sawx.

Smyly will be the 5th starter. He was cruising along today in his start for a while (four 1-hit innings on an insanely low PC) and then he got nailed in the 5th. Then again, the tigers put up a 7-spot in the 2nd inning. If you do that often, I guess it doesn't much matter who your starter is.
 
Frediot begged the brass to give SPARK PLUG Jose Constanza the final spot on the roster and got his wish.

More like 2 weeks until Chipper is back. I don't think you'll see much of him now that the book is out on the "everybody in" defense to take his pound it in the dirt for an infield hit approach away.

You were at the Orioles game, right?

I had some Red Sox friends ask if I wanted to go but I couldn't not watch the Rays, game, too. Rewatching that, I remember the entire night quite vividly. Once Longoria hit that home run, I literally just ran down my street yelling. Such a natural high.
