Wouldn't be surprised to see some signings wait til after qualifying for group stages. Not really any guaranteed big bucks til then.

That being said, Chelsea will win this weekend.

Chelsea missing the CL isn't going to affect their summer spending. Missing the CL will definitely have a bigger influence on Totty.
