The Sox

Well Crawford got the message. 4-4 with 2 doubles and a HR. And Saltalamacchia with another HR. This team is starting to show their potential. If we can sort out the bullpen we'll be solid.

Crawford now batting .307 for the month of May. Starting to get comfortable. Hard to believe he has been this bad considering the body of work he accumulated down in Tampa.

Jerry and Don are getting very bored in the booth, a two inning discussion of mustard, and now they can't stop talking about the drunk dudes dressed in costumes.

Not if you knew anything about his body of work down in Tampa.

Tough way for the Indians' pitcher to come off the DL; from a game summary: "Talbot's ERA ballooned from 1.46 to 5.87."

yeah he's so inconsistent, hopefully yesterday's 4-4 is a sign that he will go on a huge tear. I think red sox brass seems to overvalue what certain players do against them and then sign them.

Sox get 5 in 2nd inning, including HR by Ellsbury. Up 5-0 over Tigers. That makes 19 runs in the last 11 innings for Boston.

Aceves has pitched 11 innings and given up 2 runs in his 2 starts. Not expected.

bats are alive. loving it. i was so stoked to see wake do well considering he is my favorite player but the aceves has been great too. fuck lackey and dice-k. cool article, but i would agree that anyone who really follows the sox would recognize john henry. nonetheless, i am jealous and hope that something that fortuitous happens to me down the line.
