What's the deal with Daniel? You've alluded to this situation often, but I don't understand what makes it so different from the other guys' situations. Does the rest of the team get along with Daniel? Do they just not share their feelings about Buzz with him?

If they are so unhappy, they are more than free to move and stop depositing those $50K checks every two weeks.

I think family is off limits, but I'm not sure that having Nina know she's married to an unloved loser and we wish he had never come to Winston is a bad thing..

I think the move should be to get rid of him now. The players are most likely to rally around Coach B, and salvage the season.

That during the horrific storms in the fall, someone might have been on the elevator leaving the completely empty facility, alone, late at night, when a very timely power outage occurred stopping the elevator between floors. That someone then proceeded to remain stuck for several hours without calling for help due to an honest fear that telling anyone on campus that [insert name] needed help would actually reduce the likelihood of someone coming to assist.

Imagine how unhappy someone has to be to think they are so disliked that someone wouldn't come and get them out of a stuck elevator. I mean even I wouldn't just leave him there. I might make him sign his resignation letter before I got him out, but I'd get him out.
 
I really do have some sympathy for Bz even though he's making a ton of money. He's trying his hardest and performing at a comparable level to his historical norms. Unlike some, I find him to be unbelievably socially inept and awkward but not an awful person. I think hating him because he hasn't quit in shame is unfair (very few coaches do that).

To me, Bz is a terrible basketball coach but the person to blame for the situation is clearly Wellman for allowing this to happen.
