Interesting; Not as familiar as I'd like to be on WAR rankings; but "ranking" Barry Bonds on any level ahead of DiMaggio and Mantle is ludicrous.

lol

bonds is arguably the greatest player of all time.

Really? You can't be serious. I respect your baseball knowledge but you are way off on this one. Though I once admired their ability; will never put the juicers (Bonds, Clemens, Rodriquez) on the same level of the all time greats. Just can't.

my pops used to like to tell me the first glove I asked for was a Jetes glove. Wonderful player and as much as I hate to say it, a great Yankee.

as impressive as his accomplishments on the field have been, his triumphs off it are even more so. the dude's run through a catalog wilt might even be jealous of.

Local sports talk did a Jeter top 10 today by ranking his women. Holy shit...those names

numbers don't care about juicers. Bonds was so unbelievable.

I'm not getting the disconnect here, you all watched baseball in the 90's, right? Bonds was a g-d monster; He's a 7 time MVP!

What's going to be ridiculous is when the asshole who won't vote for anyone from this era doesn't vote for Jeter for the Hall.

If they retire Joe Torre's #6, it will mean no Yankee will ever wear a single digit number again.

1- Billy Martin
2- Derek Jeter
3- Bae Ruth
4- Lou Gherig
5- Joe DiMaggio
6- Joe Torre
7- Mickey Mantle
8 -Yogi Berra/Bill Dickey
9 -Roger Maris

People love to post the picture of skinny Bonds with the picture of roided up Bonds yet they forget just how great skinny Bonds was.

I understand why people might hate on Bonds because of the steroid stuff, but he's undoubtedly one of the top 5 players of all time based on production. Probably top 2. My favorite player of all time.

Also a lot of the all time greats were big users of greenies.
